Enter your photos for a chance to win!!
Submit your best photographs of the 2013 Highland Games. The photos can be any aspect of the event, such as athletics, performers, clans, living history, etc. The goal is to capture the TRUE SPIRIT & ATMOSPHERE of the festival.
CONTEST RULES:
- Entry in the competition is free.
- By entering the competition, entrants give permission to SAHGA to use any of the photographs submitted for its own publicity purposes.
- Photos may be either color or black and white
- Photos must be submitted in jpg, png, or bmp format. Links to online photo albums will not be eligible for the photo contest.
- Please do not digitally enhance or alter your photographs (beyond the basics needed to achieve realistic color balance and sharpness). Only minor dodging, burning, or color correction is acceptable.
- Cropping is acceptable as long as the image is still a standard photo size.
- Watermarks are not acceptable. If a non-watermarked version of the entry is not received within ten (10) days following its request, the entry will be disqualified.
- Any changes to the original Photograph not itemized here are unacceptable and will render the Photograph ineligible for a prize.
FIRST PRIZE: A VISA giftcard, 2 weekend passes to the 2014 SA Highland Games, and a free T-Shirt
SECOND PRIZE: 2 weekend passes to the 2014 SA Highland Games, and a free T-Shirt
THIRD PRIZE: 2 weekend passes to the 2014 SA Highland Game
